I believe in people’s innate ability to heal, and that change and health are always possible. Therapy is a partnership, where we work together to understand sources of discomfort, unhealthy behavior patterns, unhappiness, and fear, and find a positive path forward.
If you are an adult or emerging adult experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, trauma (historical, racialized), LGBTQIA2S+ issues, intersectionality issues, low self-esteem, abuse (past and present), or just something you can’t quite figure out about your mood, emotions, or state of mind, I would love to work with you.
I use an integrative therapeutic approach, which combines different tools and approaches (person-centered, mindfulness, somatic, Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and positive psychology). This approach is flexible and inclusive, and it allows me to honor clients’ mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being in a unified and holistic way. I lead with compassion and work to create a safe environment that is free of judgment.
When I’m not practicing therapy, you can find me teaching or practicing yoga, running, enjoying time with family, or traveling. I so look forward to listening to your story, and learning how I can support you.
