Drea Tuott, M.A.

Environments are significant. Emotions are important. Our bodies tell our story. When your mind and body feel safe, you are capable of extraordinary growth and healing. Integration is key. You are the expert on you, and you hold the keys to your freedom. I am here to walk with you in this season.

Children and adolescents can read people immediately; as a parent, you already know this all too well. I work with families, children, adolescents, and adults to build a greater understanding of how relationships and the nervous system underpin mental health and behavior patterns. I partner alongside parents to create a space where young ones are empowered to explore the process of therapy. We will practice new ways of tackling challenges at school, managing emotions, and building relationships.

Scary experiences and frustrating moments that leave you feeling helpless and out of control are common to all of us. Navigating current American cultural expectations and oppression is exhausting in itself. In therapy, we can explore self-care, coping skills, and healing practices that fit with your worldview.

Let’s create a space together where you can learn, practice, and play with hope, insight and resiliency. Change is possible. Come write the story of who you are becoming.
