Life can be challenging sometimes! Navigating a career, relationships, family and simply adulting in general feels overwhelming. As someone who left the corporate world for a different career path; I understand and empathize with feeling stuck.
I feel that everyone is the expert in their own life; therefore, my role is to walk alongside you on your journey of self-improvement and discovery. I will listen and empathize, while gently challenging your negative thought patterns. I operate out of a client-centered and Cognitive Behavioral perspective, bringing in some elements of attachment theory and narrative therapy.
I enjoy and specialize in working with the LGBTQIA community, those recovering from narcissism and narcissistic abuse, family of origin issues, life transitions, as well as anxiety and depression. I bring a sense of humor, curiosity, and validation to my sessions. I look forward to our journey together and discovering your best self
