“I’m a mess and I’m still broken, but I’m finding my way back.” – Demi Lovato (Still Have Me)

Life has challenges, transitions, and unpredictable events that can leave us struggling. Therapy can be a wonderful place to explore, process, express, learn, and heal. Whether you are seeking to learn about yourself, strengthen your relationships, or heal from past hurts, I offer a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space to do your work.

At CARE Counseling, I provide therapy to all genders ages 12 and up. I utilize a variety of modalities to customize treatment to your needs. I specialize in working with teens and young adults with depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, and self-esteem issues. I enjoy working with parents, couples, and parent/child relationships. I am based in Adlerian theory which allows me to look holistically at my clients and cater my therapy to each individual client. I have experience with CBT: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, TF-CBT: Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Experiential Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness work.

I graduated from Adler Graduate School with my master’s degree in Adlerian counseling. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Outside of my work I enjoy traveling, kayaking, hiking, and getting outside with my rescue dog.
