Taking that first step to starting therapy is a big one, and not one that I take lightly. I am here to provide a safe space and a compassionate ear to help make sense of the mess of life. With any modality I first lead with empathy, openness, and understanding. I use a client-centered, trauma-informed approach to therapy informed by CBT, EMDR, strengths-based therapy, mindfulness, internal family systems (IFS) therapy, and motivational interviewing. Common issues I have worked with individuals on include, but are not limited to: Trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions, and identity issues. I welcome clients from all walks of life. My goal in this work is to offer individualized paths for each person to find a deeper level of healing, as well as live a life most aligned to individual values.
