As an experienced mental health therapist and addiction counselor, I am dedicated to helping individuals and families on their journey towards healing and growth. With a specialization in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, I provide a safe and compassionate space for clients to process and overcome traumatic experiences, addiction, and other mental health challenges.
I believe that every person deserves to be heard and understood, which is why I offer my services to couples, children over the age of six, and individuals from all adult populations. I understand that each client is unique, and I tailor my therapeutic approach to meet their specific needs and goals.
Creating a warm and welcoming environment is of utmost importance to me. I strive to foster a non-judgmental atmosphere where clients can freely express themselves and feel validated. Together, we work collaboratively to explore their strengths, address underlying issues, and develop effective coping strategies.
With a deep commitment to professional growth, I stay up-to-date with the latest research and therapeutic techniques, including EMDR. This evidence-based approach has proven to be highly effective in treating trauma, addiction, and a wide range of mental health conditions.
If you are seeking support, whether as an individual, couple, or as a parent, I am here to guide you on your path towards healing, resilience, and overall well-being. Together, we can navigate life’s challenges and unlock your full potential. Let’s take the first step towards positive change.
