I believe in showing up as your authentic self. For me, that means providing empathy, warmth, humor, transparency, and honesty to collaborate with you towards your growth and healing. I aim to provide you a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself, discovering more about who you are, and supporting your growth by meeting you where you are at. I use a holistic person-centered and strengths-based approach supported with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy techniques.
I have worked in the mental health field for over 14 years supporting all ages in outpatient to residential settings. At this time, I work with adults and focus on supporting those struggling with depression, anxiety, life-transitions, substance use, and self-confidence, as well as supporting individuals who identify as LGBTQIA+. Additionally, I am passionate about working with individuals experiencing difficulties with fertility and providing postpartum support. Outside of work, I love exploring the outdoors, movie nights, and spending time with my family and friends. I recently started gardening and learning to golf, but my favorite sports to watch (and play!) are roller derby and soccer.
