Whether you are here for the first time or returning to therapy after taking a break, I am so glad you’re here. Sometimes our emotions, thoughts, or experiences can feel like they are too much or too painful and you deserve a nonjudgmental space to be heard. It is never too late to learn and grow and I look forward to walking alongside you on this journey.
As your therapist, I will draw on different theories and techniques tailored to your individual needs to bring peace into your life. I have experience providing therapy to adults ages 18+ experiencing a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, grief/loss, and overwhelming life changes. Together we will dig deep to find the root causes of your distress and find ways to cope with whatever comes your way.
I have received both my Bachelor’s and Master’s in Social Work degrees from the University of St. Thomas. I also had 5 years of experience working as a Licensed Social Worker before transitioning to clinical practice. When I am not practicing therapy you can find me eating at local restaurants, enjoying live music, spending time with my friends and family, or walking my two dogs. I am eager to learn more about you and am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of your healing process. We’ve got this!
