I am so glad you’re here! Seeking out help to navigate your mental health is not easy and I am proud of you for taking this step. When your emotions or life circumstances become difficult to manage, you deserve the space to be understood and valued. I am here to support you and help you to learn and grow. I look forward to hearing your story and working with you to ease your suffering as I practice with an affirming, nonjudgmental, and collaborative approach with you as the focus. Come as you are!
In my eclectic approach to therapy, we will work together to bring peace into your life. As your therapist, I will draw on different theories and techniques tailored to your individual needs and goals. I have experience providing therapy to adults ages 18+ experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, grief/loss, and overwhelming life changes.
I received both my Bachelor’s and Master’s in Social Work degrees from the University of St. Thomas. I also practiced as a Licensed Social Worker for five years before transitioning to clinical practice. When I am not practicing therapy you can find me eating at local restaurants, spending time with my friends and family, and walking my two dogs. I hope to learn more about you and look forward to being a part of your mental health journey. We’ve got this!
