“I have found that there are no roots more intimate than those between a mind and a body that have decided to be whole.” – Rupi Kaur
In the ever-changing journey of life, we encounter moments that are unpredictable, challenging, and overwhelming. With a holistic approach that embraces every aspect of your being, my aim is to guide you toward empowerment and a renewed sense of completeness. In therapy, trust forms the foundation of our work together. I prioritize building a strong relationship with my clients, honoring their distinct circumstances that led them to seek therapy. Rejecting the one-size-fits-all approach, I believe in tailoring my methods to suit each individual. Drawing from existentialism, CBT, person-centered therapy, mindfulness, narrative therapy, and systems therapy, I create a personalized therapeutic experience. As a former speech-language pathologist specializing in social-emotional and executive functioning, I bring a unique perspective to my practice. I place great importance on fostering effective communication, promoting emotional well-being, and enhancing executive functioning skills in order to function in our often overwhelming world.
I work with a diverse range of individuals, including teenagers and adults from various backgrounds and identities. My expertise lies in assisting those with anxiety, individuals identifying with the autism spectrum, those with ADHD, and those navigating significant life changes. Furthermore, I am deeply passionate about supporting individuals on their journey of self-discovery, regardless of the form it may take. Every person has their own unique path towards wholeness. Congratulations on taking the courageous step toward embracing your individual journey of self-fulfillment.
