Hey you — I want to congratulate you for putting yourself first today and looking for a therapeutic space. I know this can be a daunting experience, but I am here to support you through this. It is my hope to collaborate with you from a person-centered lens towards a better quality of life. I value a holistic approach, especially uncovering how environments can influence our mental and emotional well-being. My goal as your therapist is to explore how you can make life at least 1% more enjoyable for yourself. I will utilize your strengths and inner resilience to guide us. Together, we can find the best way for you to move forward. A bit about myself, I am a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) in the State of Minnesota. I am working toward my license for Professional Clinical Counseling (LPCC). I enjoy working with neurodivergent individuals (e.g., individuals with ADHD), individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and/or substance use. Most of my experience has been working with female identifying individuals, although I enjoy working with all walks of life.
In my free time I enjoy being submerged in nature. I primarily enjoy adventuring through hiking or road trips (if there are still cool hiking spots). Since Minnesota limits our tolerable weather season, I also enjoy creating art through painting or drawing. I hope to utilize this creativity and adventurous spirit to guide us through your healing journey!
