If you’re facing down a dark hall, I’ll grab my light and go with you. Facing your mental health does not have to be journey you take alone. As a therapist, my approach is deeply rooted in empathy and genuineness. I feel if I expect you to be able to get vulnerable with me, it is MY responsibility to create the space for you to feel safe and comfortable doing so. Though most of my experience has been working with children and adolescents aged 4-17, I am happy to work with all ages within the human experience. I also work with a wide range of disorders including (but not limited to) depression, anxiety, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, chronic illness, and LGBTQIA+ related issues. My passion and the area of my practice I am most wanting to grow is with “Nerd Therapy” by utilizing VR and Tabletop Therapy.
My goal for our time together is to provide you the support that you need to heal and grow.
