We all come to points in our lives where we feel stuck and need more support. In my office, I strive to create a space where clients can feel authentically seen and heard without judgement.
I want to meet you where you are, and tailor my approach to meet your needs by drawing from multiple evidenced based approaches – acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy. I work with adults and older adolescents who are experiencing mental health concerns, exploring their identities, or working on recognizing old patterns and finding new solutions. I am particularly passionate about working with individuals experiencing life transitions, depression, anxiety, body image concerns, and eating disorders or disordered eating. I also welcome clients who identify as LGBTQIA+ or who are exploring their gender or sexuality. I have a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Emory University, and I have been working in the mental health field for over five years.
I am currently in the final year of my Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology at the University of St. Thomas Graduate School of Professional Psychology, where I will be graduating in 2024.
