I believe that everyone is trying their best to cope with life’s difficulties. Having someone help and support you through that journey can make an incredible difference. I look forward to working together to explore your experiences, identify healthy coping skills, and make a plan to navigate challenges. I am passionate about working with adults who experience challenges with life transitions, stress management, relationships, family relationships, self-esteem, health and wellbeing, anxiety, and depression. My goal is to provide a non-judgmental space where you feel understood and supported throughout it all. I aim to work collaboratively, highlight strengths, build skills, and find an approach that best fits with your goals and experiences.
In general, my therapeutic work is guided by person-centered approaches, motivational interviewing, family systems, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. I am currently working towards my Master’s degree in Counseling at Bethel University. As I progress towards full licensure, I will be working under supervision. I look forward to meeting you!
