Sometimes we need the space to show up as ourselves and have the support to explore some of life’s challenges. Managing life’s challenges isn’t something you have to do alone, and it’s important you feel your unique story is being heard. I strive to build a trusting relationship that fosters safety and growth during the most challenging walks of life. My priority is to create a safe and nonjudgmental space for my clients to engage in self-exploration and acceptance without guilt or criticism.
My approach is strength based and person-centered. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness and motivational interviewing. I’m interested in working with teenagers 15 and above, and adults of all ages who are struggling with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, domestic violence, and adjustments to life changes and stressors.
I am genuine and passionate about meeting my clients where they are at and understanding their unique strengths and challenges. I work closely with clients in collaboration, so they feel heard and understood. While we work together to help you heal and better manage life stress, I will honor your own wisdom, resilience and strengths, while meeting you with empathy and understanding. My goal is for you to feel empowered and confident as you continue your journey.
