Welcome! My name is Elizabeth and I use she/her pronouns. My goal for therapy is to create a space free of judgement where self-discovery and personal growth are possible. You are your greatest investment, and I would love to help you put your best self forward. Life is full of its own unique transitions and challenges, and I am grateful to be here to support you during your own journey. It is my goal to help you live an easier, better, and more fulfilled life.
I recognize therapy as a collaborative experience where I can apply my skillset combined with yours to achieve a greater outcome. I utilize a client-centered approach, informed by mindfulness, existential therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, strengths based therapy, and positive psychology. That means I am educated in ways of supporting you through your own personal development and am adaptable to what you need.
I have a Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology and a minor emphasis on Family Studies from the University of Saint Thomas. I am currently a graduate student at the University of Saint Thomas studying Counseling Psychology. When I am not at work or school, I enjoy spending time outside, cooking, and exercising.
I look forward to meeting with you. We’re in this together!
