My approach to therapy is rooted in partnership and trust. I work to understand each person as an individual that is unique and use their individuality as a strength. Together we will define different aspects that are causing your distress and work together to hone the skills and ability to move forward. My sessions are a safe space to explore things that may be uncomfortable or difficult to say in regular day to day life but are affecting you negatively. In therapy, I will support you, challenge you, and help you understand yourself to improve your quality of life. Common issues I address in therapy include: anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, questioning gender and/or sexual identities, mental or chemical health, issues within family systems, and other needs.
I look forward to guiding you through your journey and making progress toward bettering your life. Please reach out if you have any questions!
