In my experience therapy is about learning more about yourself, new perspectives, and new skills to help you cope with life. Everybody needs support throughout life at different times. In therapy, I will help you understand yourself and your mental health better and provide you with tools to help improve the general quality of your life. I take a person-centered therapy approach combined with CBT, DBT, ACT, strength-based therapy, and mindfulness. I work with clients who are 10 and older experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, substance abuse, trauma, and ADHD. My goal for therapy is to provide my clients with skills and help them build a toolbox they can use to help them accomplish their goals in life in the future. I want all my clients to feel heard and supported by me.
I’m an avid sports fan and love talking about sports whenever. I also love spending time with my cats and watching TV at home.
