With every challenge you meet in life you gain experience. Everyone faces challenges whether we want them or not and sometimes we need help navigating those challenges. I have a strong belief that using creative outlets helps us make positive and well thought out solutions to our challenges. I believe in client-centered treatment, a skill I have been trained in and have practiced for almost 15 years. My hope is to create a safe and secure space that allows you to identify your challenges and work through them. I work with children, adolescents, and adults using methods such as CBT, motivational interview, and psychotherapy.
