Life often involves conflicting emotions: Hope and loss, growth and stagnation. When we feel stuck, it is natural for us to seek support as we try to understand ourselves and make meaning of our lives.

Together, you and I can explore the connections between your emotions and your experiences to help you weather the ups and downs of life. Counseling isn’t “one size fits all,” and together we can craft a counseling experience that feels right for you.

Some areas that I have experience with include: depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, trauma, sexual violence, stalking, and relationship violence. I believe that everyone’s story is influenced by their culture and identities, and I am a LGBTQIA+ affirmative therapist. I received my Masters of Arts in Counseling and Student Personnel Psychology (CSPP) from the University of Minnesota and am under supervision while working towards independent clinical licensure.
