We are all in this together, this thing called life, and we cannot do it alone! We all need support from time to time, and my role is to walk with you on your journey and be that support for you. Everyone is unique, and I am passionate about pulling from each individual’s strengths and values to support them in realizing their full potentials. I have experience supporting kids, teenagers, parents, and adults through anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, adjustment difficulties, post-traumatic stress disorder, and serious and persistent mental illness. In session, I pull from training in DBT, motivational interviewing, Managing and Adapting Practices, and polyvagal theory; however, I want to use whatever works best for you, as this is your journey. I believe everyone has the ability to learn and grow, so I make sure I live that out in my life too: when I’m not supporting people, I’m often reading, out in nature, or baking. I am very excited to meet you!
