Life’s problems can be overwhelming at times, but we don’t have to face them alone. I understand the struggle of trying to figure out life on your own and feeling unsure of how to ask for help; it’s not easy! I’m here to help. As your therapist, I will support you in better understanding yourself and the world around you, exploring new perspectives, and feeling empowered to seek out changes that will improve your quality of life. My approach to therapy is grounded in empathy and building a meaningful and trusting relationship. It is my goal to help you feel safe, understood, and confident in yourself and your abilities to effect change in your life. I am open to feedback and strive to create a collaborative and individualized therapeutic approach to best meet your needs. I work with adults of all ages and across diverse cultures and identities. Additionally, I welcome clients of all races, ethnicities, and backgrounds. Common issues I address in therapy include: coping with life changes, trauma recovery, relationship and intimacy/sexual issues, coping with grief/loss, and military/veterans issues. I am passionate about working with first responders and veterans. Populations that I have previously enjoyed working with also include first and second-generation immigrants as well as Ukrainians affected by the war. About me: I am a first-generation American, I worked in EMS for the past seven years, and I love to go hiking and camping with my dogs! Let’s get into it!
